The following editor will share with you the characteristics of various fabrics and the skills of fusible interlining: Woolen fabric: the heat transfer of this kind of fabric is relatively weak and it is easy to absorb water and deform, and the finishing is also quite difficult. For this kind of fabric, we should choose the adhesive lining with strong adhesive force, such as the adhesive lining processed with PA powder. Because the pressing temperature of this kind of adhesive lining is relatively high, we should pay attention to the shrinkage of the fabric in the use process.
Silk fabric: this kind of fabric is soft, smooth and heat sensitive, so you can't choose high temperature lining when choosing adhesive lining. Try to choose low temperature lining with low melting point. Avoid using high temperature, high pressure and steam ironing in the process of use, so as not to damage the characteristics of fabric.
Cotton fabric: cotton is characterized by super water absorption, but the shrinkage is relatively large, so when choosing the adhesive lining, you should choose products with similar shrinkage and fabric, and this kind of fabric is not suitable for using the adhesive lining with high bonding temperature.
Hemp fabric: this kind of fabric is strong, resistant to rot, good friction and high temperature; it is difficult to bond, so when choosing the adhesive lining, you should also choose products with high bonding strength.
Rayon fabric: this kind of fabric has high heat sensitivity and large shrinkage, so it is not suitable to choose high temperature adhesive lining. It is suggested to choose low temperature adhesive lining with low melting point. Pay special attention to shrinkage and hand feeling when bonding.
