（1） Construction site, scale and main construction contents

 

Huzhou Sanjin special textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, formerly known as Changxing Sanjin special textile Co., Ltd. It is located in the new century Industrial Park, Lijiaxiang Town, Changxing County. It is mainly engaged in the production and sales of adhesive lining. The production site is divided into two parts, namely the old plant area and the new plant area. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 45.5 million meters of adhesive lining, 3600 tons of warp knitted fabrics and 650 tons of textile fabrics.

 

（2） Construction process and environmental protection approval

 

In March 2019, Hangzhou Zhongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. completed the environmental impact registration form of Huzhou Sanjin special textile Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 16.5 million meters of textile fabrics and interlinings. On April 2, 2019, the Changxing branch of Huzhou Ecological Environment Bureau issued a report on the annual production of textile surface of Huzhou Sanjin special textile Co., Ltd The environmental impact registration form of the 16.5 million meter expansion project of Liaohe interlining cloth was put on record (Chang Huan Gai Bei No. 2019-15), and the project was approved to be constructed in the new century Industrial Park, Lijiaxiang Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City.

 

（3） Acceptance monitoring results

 

Hangzhou Xike Testing Technology Co., Ltd. carried out environmental protection acceptance monitoring for the project (Report No.: en20060059). During the monitoring period, the production condition of the project is normal and meets the load requirements of the completion acceptance condition.
